On Tuesday, May 15th at 6:30, please join us for an evening with Bill Bishop from Steele Wines of Lake County, CA. Bill will share with us the stories and techniques behind each selection. Chef Brian Coltrain and I tasted the wines and brainstormed course pairing ideas to perfectly compliment each wine, and he has finalized the menu.
