North Shore Distillery bears the honor of being the first craft distiller in Illinois, growing over the past decade to produce some of the best spirits available on the market.
Come meet the owner Sonja as she talks about her passion and love for the cocktail and spirit world, including her secret weapon Ethel, the affectionately named still used to produce all of their award winning products.
Allow us to tell you a story about the history of cocktails, utilizing North Shore spirits, as we bring you modern interpretations of drinks from the mid eighteenth century to the end of the twentieth. Intentionally prepared dishes will accompany every cocktail, making for five perfect courses of food and beverage.
