The Seating for the Tailored Chef’s Tasting is in the Main Dining Room, as we do not have space in our very active kitchen for guests. The Tailored Chef’s Tasting is available for up to 4 people total.
Prior to booking the Tailored Chef’s Tasting, there is a survey that MUST be completed. This allows us to ensure the experience you are looking for and what we are able to execute are aligned. We are able to accommodate a Vegan friendly menu for guest(s). We do require at least a weeks notice to prepare.
There is a $50 deposit per person required to reserve your space for the Tailored Chef’s Tasting.
Please note, if your reservation is moved or cancelled the deposit is non-refundable due to products specially ordered for each menu. This can be paid by calling us at 314-241-7263.
This will be a 7 Course Off Menu Tasting created by our Culinary Team led by our Head Chef. If there are dietary restrictions / aversions or something you are looking for specifically, please include this in the request for the Tailored Chef’s Tasting and we do will do our best to accommodate the request(s).
A week’s notice is required as we only allow one Chef’s Tasting Experience per evening.
No split checks and a 20% Auto Gratuity will be applied.
