Membership Cancellation Policy

Members who wish to cancel their membership must submit a written cancellation request via email.

To request cancellation, please email membership@bloodandsandstl.com and include the following information:

• Full name that the Membership is under

• Email associated with the Membership

• Any preferred contact information

• A brief request to cancel your membership

Cancellation requests will be processed upon receipt of the email. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been reviewed and your membership has been canceled. Any applicable terms, notice periods, or outstanding balances will be addressed in accordance with your membership agreement.

Monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of the initial three-month term will not be accepted. Early cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, limited use of the membership, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or misunderstanding of the membership terms.
