J Vineyards, lead by Nicole Hitchcock (Wine Enthusiast's 2022 Winemaker of the Year), has soared to new heights scoring high marks across their entire portfolio. From its cool coastal locations to the bright sun-drenched hillsides, each vineyard offers a distinct expression within the vast Russian River Valley. This is a rare treat to enjoy such incredible wines, and a exceptional way to start an exceptional dinner.
Featured in later half of the menu, Louis Martini nears the century mark, returning to their roots as it embarks upon a new chapter for the next 100 years. Since 1933, Louis Martini has always believed Napa Valley held the potential to produce world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. Inspired by the wines made in the 1960s and 70s, the integrity of the variety is the highest priority, producing wines with higher acidity, lifted aromatics, to be enjoyed today and decades to come. These wines, with scores ranging from 93 to 96 out of 100, are simply a superlative experience.
Many of you know Bill Hoar, who is returning to lead us through each course with the passion and detail they richly deserve. Though some are limited, each wine will be available to bring home to savor today or store for years to come.
