Blood and Sand Presents
Tavolo Vigneto Portfolio of Italian Wines:
Rated vs Non-Rated
At Blood & Sand we strived to be a little different. In keeping with our motto of bringing you "Everything You Never Knew You Loved", we wanted to feature the extensive portfolio of Italian wines from Tavolo Vigneto and chart a different course.
Tavolo Vigneto specializes in Italian wines throughout Italy. Many are reviewed and highly rated by names you know well. However, many others are created by small producers who simply do not make enough wine to invite the attention of reviewers. We thought this was a shame. These rare wines deserve a place at the table and in your cellar.
With the help of John J. Gazzoli, who leads the Tavolo team, we curated wines for each course featuring at least one highly rated wine, against rare unrated wines. It illustrates there are so many exceptional and exclusive wines as good or better than the ones in the spotlight.
Signore Gazzoli will lead each course and present these special wines with the passion and detail they richly deserve. All of these wines will be available for sale after dinner. Though at an attractive price point, most are extremely limited production you can't find easily.
Be the critic and taste what we are talking about.
Then take some home to savor today or store for the future.
Either way, you'll enjoy a glass few are lucky to experience!
