Join us on Thursday, January 31st @ 7 PM as we welcome Tokiwa Imports and Ajay Bhoja to St. Louis and Blood and Sand for an exciting evening exploring Japanese Spirits.
The evening will start off with a welcome cocktail featuring Saga Barley Shochu developed by our very own General Manager, Jeremy Pevnick.
You will then be lead through 5 delicious courses prepared by our talented Chefs including Brian Coltrain all inspired by 5 different cocktails featuring everything from Whisky to Gin created by our Beverage Director Brad Phillips.
We would encourage you to stay around a while afterwards because we will have a treat in the house. Everyone in attendance will be offered the opportunity to purchase a pour of something very special from this portfolio, Akashi Single Malt. Only 150 cases are produced annually.
